Rita McConnell is an IT Technical Recruiter with Emerald Resource Group. Though the team specializes in identifying and capturing top IT talent throughout Northeast Ohio, Rita is also known for being successful in placing general occupations including, but not limited to, customer service, human resources, and administrative professions.
Prior to joining the practice, Rita worked with an International corporation as an Employment Specialist where she located and placed the top customer service talent in Northeast Ohio. She was recognized for recruiting the most qualified customer service candidates and scheduling the highest number of interviews at a single event in the branch's existence.
Rita is currently pursuing her Bachelors degree at Cleveland State University in Human Resource Management.

Prior to Emerald, Michael received his Bachelor's Degree from Ohio University and has eight years of marketing, advertising, and sales experience. He previously owned and operated a sports marketing and advertising agency in Austin, Texas, where he managed large, brand named clients like the Texas Rangers, Dallas Stars, San Antonio Spurs, Papa John's Pizza, etc. Before coming to Emerald, Michael had spent the two previous years working for a technology company that sold a white label platform to large media companies across the US. He was directly responsible for the interactive sales of such clients as the Dallas Morning News, Houston Chronicle, Denver Post, Minneapolis Star Tribune, Virginia Pilot, San Jose Mercury News, and ABC Television.
