Responsibilities:

-Design and deploy of changes to OBIEE Dashboards, OBIEE RPD, Informatica Workflows, DAC and the data warehouse.
-Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of the OBI Apps infrastructure. Recommend infrastructure upgrades based on the analysis of historical trends.
-Tune OBIEE Dashboard SQL queries, data warehouse tables, indexes and views. Modify database, -OBIEE, DAC and server configuration parameters to maintain optimal performance.
-Work Service Requests with Oracle Support to resolve OBI Apps and E-Business Suite functional and/or performance problems.
-Apply patches to the OBI Apps infrastructure to resolve issues and to maintain Oracle Premier Support eligibility.
-Clone OBI Apps environments, as needed.
-Migrate all OBI Apps code and database changes from test to production.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent education and/or experience.
-Minimum of 7 years professional IT experience.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience administrating Oracle BI Applications – Financial Analytics.
-Extensive knowledge of SQL and SQL performance tuning.
-Knowledge of operating systems, shell scripts, SAN solutions, high availability configurations, security and audit requirements.
-Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence software.

Bonus Points / NOT Required

-Experience with administering Oracle E-Business Suite Financial and Human Resources applications.
-Project management skills.
-Experience supporting and administering web and application servers.
