We went to Emerald Resource Group to fill an accounting position when an employee
unexpectedly put in their notice with only a few weeks away from close week. We were
in a tight spot since the brunt of the work was going to fall on a team that was already
stretched thin. A day or two later, several qualified candidates were in my inbox, and
interviews were set up that fit my schedule. We ended up filling the position with the
perfect candidate prior to our current employee leaving.I cannot say enough about how Lexi really listened to what I was asking for, provided
