The operational backbone of ERG. Mary Ann oversees employee benefits, payroll, billing, and everything that keeps the firm running smoothly behind the scenes.

Tim leads ERG's Healthcare practice, connecting hospitals, health systems, and private practices nationwide with the clinical, administrative, and executive talent they need. A trusted long-term partner, he brings a consultative approach to every search, taking time to understand each client's culture and goals before making a match.

Known for his calm, patient approach to recruiting, Mark Jr. leads ERG's IT practice with a focus on understanding each candidate's goals and ensuring the right long-term fit for both sides.

Lexi leads Emerald Resource Group's Accounting & Finance practice, specializing in placing finance and accounting talent across the Midwest. She's built her reputation one relationship at a time, the kind of recruiter people stay in touch with for years after the placement. You'll catch her out and about at networking events around town, most notably ACG Cleveland.

With 15+ years of account management and recruiting expertise, Tom brings a direct, transparent approach to every search. He focuses on data science, business intelligence, and senior technology management roles.
