I know that it was because of the effort of Mark Krusinski that I was able to be interviewed and hired at Sherwin-Williams. But after a few phone screens, I didn’t hear anything for over a month. I had given up hope of working for Sherwin-Williams when I got a call from Mark. He apologized for the lack of communication. He was able to get me re-engaged with Sherwin-Williams and worked with Sherwin-Williams to help me get the type of job that best suited my talents and abilities. I know that without the work Mark did, that I probably would not be working at Sherwin-Williams today.
